HP Announces New Efforts Aimed at Helping Students, Educators, Businesses and Families

HP has recently announced some new efforts aimed at helping students and educators, along with businesses and families. Printable resources, expanded partnerships to offer free learning resources globally, some awesome new printers, and an ink subscription program that claims it’ll save consumers money over the long run. It’s nice to see HP continuing to innovate and educate, which have long been the foundation upon which this company was built. I’m guessing this will pay off in the long run.

New partnerships and alliances like what we are seeing HP do here will help enterprises of different sizes have more resources for 3D technology equipment, training and support. These efforts will help leverage and continue the 3D printing technology efforts HP has made during the pandemic, and it will be interesting to see what the company does moving forward. Overall, we expect to see continued growth in the 3D printing and additive manufacturing space.

Apple’s New MacBook Pro Announcement Leaked

Overall, I believe that it’s a smart decision by Apple to improve and offer more competitive products at the lower ends of their product line. Given the powerful laptops available from the likes of Dell, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft (among others), and the impending launches of a variety of 5G-enabled ACPCs that will include Qualcomm/ARM chips, I believe it is important that Apple doesn’t neglect some of their core laptop SKUs — including their 13-inch entry level pro models.
