This year’s IBM Think 2021 event focused on artificial intelligence, hybrid cloud and also on ecosystem growth. Overall, I believe IBM effectively utilized Think 2021 to clearly articulate its Hybrid Cloud and AI strategy, along with the key strategic moves the company is making in ecosystem partnerships, M&A, and portfolio management under Arvind’s leadership.
